Stayed as family before an airport trip. It was very convenient to make the short early very early the next morning. Service for check in and dinner was very slow. There was probably low occupancy so they reduced the staffing but the check in, bar and restaurant were all in the one view and lots of times we waited for a staff member to appear from a back office. Food was nice for dinner if expensive, sorry we didn't venture across the road for better service and value for money. The continental breakfast available from 4am was hadn't but would have liked a takeaway cup available so i could make a coffee on the go. Would stay again.

Staff were amazing and so friendly. For a family room it was spacious. It was very clean. Breakfast was fantastic so much hoice and good quality. We ate in the restaurant at night, good size portions and food was really good. We definitely will be back

Great stay but the forgot to put any hand soap or a third cup as it was family roomeven after we adked at the desk. Everything else was great and breakfast was fantastic would stay there again!👍

I was staying with my elderly mother and 2 kids. There was a double bed and a pull out sofa bed only suitable in size for one child and extremely uncomfortable you could feel the frame throught the poor thing mattress. So my mother and younest child was in the bed my oldest in said sofa bed and i slept on the sofa cushion on the floor. There was not much sleeping by all. I feel i would not visit the hotel again because of this
