Titanic Hotel Belfast

Lovely overnight stay with kids while visiting Titanic museum. Room was very spacious with views of the museum. Service was an issue as they seemed to be understaffed, particularly at breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay.

All the staff had a smile not a forced one but a happy one. From reception,waiting and housekeeping and pleasant as well. Absolutely superb for a guest. The menu and food preparation was again superb and requests not a problem. The rooms are themed and extremely comfortable and very clean. The towels again superb and actually dried you well. Complimentary water and fruit in the room upon arrival and downloadable complimentary newspapers and magazines. So why not a full 5 stars, two things the external area is still under construction and with kids leisure facilities, like a pool are a must. However if Carlsberg did hotels I’d say the Titanic would be its first. Will we be back, most definitely.

Visited for a wedding and stayed an extra night. Beautiful hotel, and very helpful and friendly staff. They made traveling with a small baby very comfortable.
