Holiday Inn Brighouse, an IHG Hotel

Really enjoyed our stay, great for kids.

We have stayed at the holiday Inn Brighouse 3 times and is great for children Fantastic value for money

Yesterday, my family and I experienced a very lovely and very relaxing evening and morning on the hotel. The swimming pool, alongisde the jacuzzi, was very relaxing and Helped every one wind down. Furthermore, all the Staff were cery helpful on helping us navigate where to go and what to do. The hotel room itself was cozy and the będs and pillows were cery comfortable to sleep on. Event th breakfast was relaxing and the food was fresh too!! Im do glad we stayed at this hotel, it could not have been any better.

Fabulous, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. Great breakfast. Room clean and comfy. Staff couldn't do enough to help. Pool was too cold for us and very small part where the children were welcome. Pool area looked tired and water in jacuzzi very chemically and jets didnt work around the edges. But apart from pool area, the hotel was lovely, child friendly and the breakfast was top notch.

This Hotel and its staff are amazing . From check in to check out , everything was perfect and the service was first class and exceeds your expectations. We had a lovely big room on the ground floor for 2 adults and our 2 children . Demi on Reception was so thorough and smiley and gave us excellent service . She spoke to us all in the lounge during our stay too , which was so lovely of her . Ellie and Freddie on the bar were great . Chatty and welcoming - and they made a fuss of our children which is what I really appreciate and like . We can’t wait to return to the pool and facilities too. Plenty of free parking and breakfasts and evening meal are superb . Thank you for everything Brighouse and we will be back again soon

Room was nice and spacious, very hard to get a room for a family of five but this was great.

The best of my hotel Experiences in the UK. Got to say both Chris’s done an outstanding Job by going above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. The Kids were overwhelmed and have asked if we can return as they really enjoyed there stay here. Just to point out our group was of 30 including the kids so keeping all happy is not an easy task but both Chris’s achieved this without any hesitation aswell as the other staff. Making our stay here that extra special. Thank You

Its a lovely hotel,swimming pool a bonus for our grandkids. Room fine,bit outdated. Bed was too soft kept rolling into each other. We had dinner one night and waited 75 mins...never ate till 9pm!!! And a bit noisy at night with wedding guests as we were nxt to the stairway.

We stayed at this hotel last year and decided to book again this year. We booked two rooms and had two small children with us, the swimming pool was a big hit for the kids. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful in resolving a minor issue that we had with the restaurant booking. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for value for money.

Hotel, staff and bar were all lovely. Family room was great as 2 full doubles so one child didn’t have to go a a little zip bed. Only thing that ruined it was other guests. We were awoke at 3am by people shouting in the corridor. Guessing they woke up a lot of other guests. We were also in an adjoining room so at 5am the people in the room next to us tried to get in our room by rattling our door knob. Guessing they were drunk but we thought someone was trying to break in so we all woke up so none of us sleep well at all.
