Staff were super helpful, brought us an early breakfast as we were leaving early. Reasonable price for adjoining family rooms.

The check In experience was quick and fairly simple. The bed was terrible, very uncomfortable, almost felt like we were sinking. Would have expected at least a water bottle in the room. The whole breakfast experience was simply horrible. My child apart from just being a child, is autistic. The hotel were already made aware of this when we booked. Breakfast once ordered took more than 35 minutes. The omelette looked overly browned. The coffee was lukewarm. The continental selection was a sorry sight to look at. Apart from the cleanliness which was excellent the only other good thing was the Italian restaurant. Other than that not at all an inclusive hotel. Terrible experience.

Great that there is lots of easy access parking. The Italian restaurant serves great food and the hotel breakfast sets you up for the day. In room WiFi was very useful to stay in touch with family.

A good 3 star where the staff make all the difference - Ken you are a legend! A last minute booking for us due to a family emergency, we arrived late around 11.30pm and they couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and be more friendly. Hotel has a nice reception area and lounge and good breakfast. Some minor maintenance bits but nothing that detracted from the above. Will stay again.

This was the venue for a family wedding. It was shocking. Apart from the friendly gentleman checking us in, the rest of the staff were arrogant and ill experienced. Everything asked or queried was met with attitude and a Cant do attitude. The hotel itself is on a main road so quite noisy. The rooms are basic but the water for showers is poor. Also, you only get 1 key so dont dare lose it or you will get a locksmith charge. They were ill equipped for children, having insufficient travel cots and high chairs.

I booked a dog friendly stay at the hotel. The hotel do not have air con and it was 30 degrees. I tried to cool the room down by opening the window and requesting a fan from reception. Unfortunately the room was not getting cooler and my dog was struggling to breath so I informed reception they told me they do not have any more fans on site. I unfortunately therefore had to leave and asked if they could consider refunding the room as I had only been in it a matter of minutes and now needed to find somewhere else to stay. Andy on reception was rude and dismissive and told me it was my fault for not telling them I had a dog before hand (hotels.com does not specify this is required) I even called before as a curtesy to let them know. They sent me off with no refund a dog and a baby at midnight with no remorse. Will not ever stay again.

Had an interconnecting room for a family stay, the rooms were average size however made smaller by there being two large armchairs placed at the two doors between the rooms to keep them open. This meant there was hardly room to walk through to the second room. A small doorstop would have done the job. The rooms were looking a little tired however they were comfortable. The bathrooms were very modern and fresh which was nice. Great breakfast provided! The Italian restaurant next door (connected to hotel) was absolutely fabulous!
