Amazing room to stay. The whole family enjoyed overnight. Very good breakfast. Definitely coming back.

Great stay, the room was lovely and having breakfast included was great to give us a good start to the day with the kids. Pleanty of options in the breakfast for everyone. Great service when we needed anything and great value for money.

Me and my two children was greeted by a lovely member of staff. Very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean & beds very comfortable..!!

The double family room was with a sofa bed which the mattress was wafer thin and springs were felt through out the mattress I tried to get another mattress to put on top but none available. Not worth the money when two people get a double bed average mattress and the other guest get a bad back! Better to sleep on the floor! They sent me two duvets to put on the sofa!

Visiting family. 3 nights stay. Room was great & service was excellent.1 small concern was the amount of rat's we saw in the car park from our room. Rat traps are needed definitely

Firstly i want to say that the staff are amazing, every single member of staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. We were slightly dissappointed with the room. Marks on duvet, wall damaged, extractor fan not working and toilet difficult to flush. The worse thing was housekeeping, we started with less than 2 toilet rolls and i had to request more, same with towels (there were 4 of us) and on our last morning they came to clean the room at 8.45 and asked us what time check out was. Breakfast was really good hot and plenty, especially as it was so busy on saturday morning they had to close it for a time there were so many people. The restaurant nearby was amaxing kids play area, delicious cheap food. Would highly recommend that. I wouldnt return to this hotel but we do like holiday inn express so would us the chain again

Amazing stay at Holiday Inn Express Oldbury. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room was very clean, as it was a family stay, they had given us two goodie bags for the kids. Breakfast was great, had plenty of options. Overall, we had a lovely stay as a family.
