Greeted warmly by staff who helped us check in. Staff were exceptionally helpful, whatever their role. Our room was incredibly clean, with plenty of refreshments, soaps, shower gels and shampoo's. Very spacious and warm, with decor that matched the venue, which made the stay more authentic, this would really suit a family with children but as a couple we really loved the experience of staying in a cabin. Plenty of parking a available a short walk from the cabin, the castle and town but easily doable.
A very slight downside is that the breakfast is a bit of a free for all, some structure would help and the drinks area so tiny for so many people, trying to juggle, drinks, children etc.

Really lovely for glamping very plush beds and clean tents. Central bathroom facilities were immaculate and within a few moments walk. Evening entertainment was good fun and very engaging for the smaller children. Only downside was constant drone so not so good for light sleepers, but overall we thoroughly recommend a stay here when visiting the castle.

A unique enjoyable place to stay, but limited facilities available when the castle is closed.
The team put on entertainment for kids.
Quite a walk from Warwick Station if travelling by train.

I thought the accommodation itself was excellent and the entertainment for the children good. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food with the choices far too limited for those with dietary requirements and the ‘fast food nation’ to it.. The staff however were friendly and always on hand.

Super recommended if you have kids and are visiting Warwick castle. The villas are super cool, with the medieval decoration and perfect layout for a family. They have a separate small room with a bunker bed for the kids. Bathroom is modern and nice.
The area is very green, kids can run free or play outside the villas. The restaurant offers dinner with entertainment, and it’s really excellent. My son enjoyed being “Knighted” and going to sword school during dinner time.
Breakfast is included and is truly great! Lots of options for the whole family.
They also have a small store with souvenirs, where we could buy some swords for the boys.
Last but not least.. the employees are super kind and want to make sure you have a great experience. They go above and beyond to make it happen.
Loved our stay here and would totally stay here again the next time we come to Warwick.

Super family friendly, with rooms that accommodate multiple kids. Despite the fact there where lots of families staying there it was also surprisingly quiet inside the room. Everything was nice and clean, but very cold

Fun single night stop with the family in this delightfully themed "village". Great buffet breakfast in the medieval dining hall. A few annoyances/downsides, however: the room images on the booking site are incorrect and show the larger two storey lodges. We were actually given one of the smaller (but still nicely sized) lodges. Secondly, our lodge was located at the very extreme of the village, and combined with the distance from the car park to the entrance, this made wider exploration with two young children difficult.

The rooms themselves are relatively clean and the setting is fantastic. It is very child friendly and good to be near the castle.
The booking through Expedia is not great - normally if you are staying at the knights’ village you are supposed to get free tickets to Warwick castle but it seems this is not the case if you book through Expedia (or if it is, they don’t tell you how to redeem the tickets) so we had to buy tickets separately.
There’s a restaurant onsite which has a ludicrous system where you have to book it at the reception (which is right next to the restaurant). No one told us this, so we queued up for the restaurant only to be told that we had to walk 2m away to ‘book’ a table and then queue again for the restaurant. Not ideal when you have a hungry toddler.
Restaurant itself is pretty basic buffet, nothing to write home about.
Also of note it is quite a walk to the castle entrance so something to be aware of if taking young kids etc.
overall the place has character but the service both from Expedia and the property could be significantly improved.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was small but great with a medieval castle flair. Entertainment for kids was great, would recommend staying there.
