It is not easy to find a chain hotel that is family of 4 , the room is typically small and loud, but this time, we feel the expectation was met. The room is quite small by its nature, our only suitcase cannot open flat, but the beds were comfortable and no noise came from the corridor.

Room warm and comfortable and easy to book through hotels.com. Buffet breakfast tasty with many options (although my grandson was disappointed that there weren’t any hashbrowns !) Allowed my family who live locally to pay for a breakfast so they could join us which was an added bonus . Overall very pleased. Only improvement would be to include parking in the fee rather than it being an added extra (oh…and include hashbrowns!). Will definitely visit again

Perfect for what we needed as a family stay between Warwick castle (literally down the road) and Stratford (10 minutes away). The reception staff were amazing. Extremely friendly and kind and were so engaging with the kids

Although we weren’t there long I found it to be a nice clean hotel, our room was a little small as we had a double sofa bed for the children but it was comfortable and well stocked

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Parking was an extra charge but was right outside the hotel. There was an additional charge and you pay on an app either at carpark or in hotel. We were met warmly by Andy the Manager and his team. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the shower pressure was good. Additional beverage sachets were available in reception if required. Breakfast was of a good quality and was topped up constantly at the servery area. Macdonalds is a 2 minute walk away and has an indoor play area which is great for the kids. We had a lovely family stay and if we ever visit Warwick again we will return to this hotel.

On Friday Sept 29 I phoned to request to either book in early or help with being able to change, we have an 18 month old baby and attending a 2pm wedding. The helpful staff, on the phone said everything will be ready. Fast forward to 12noon Saturday Sept 30 and the manager on duty, using confrontational language said I had not spoken to anyone and I could not change other than in the toilets. The moral to the story, do not trust the staff of the hotel because you cannot count on them.

Advertised and sold as with air con - no air con as ‘being upgraded’. No contact before to tell us this and allow us to rebook, didn’t tell us on check in with a small child - 3 drinks vouchers were all that was offered when went down to ask and 1 table top fan. Felt lied to.

Room was very suiatble for a family of 4. Remote control for TV needed new batteries and hair dryer did't work. Breakfast was great.
