The family room a was a so small we couldn’t open our luggage

Excellent breakfast facilities, comfy bed, supreme silence of everything outside, and a awesome vending machine. That sells extras you may of forgotten like dental stuff, Adult 'items' 😉, children toys and Teddy bears, phones accessories, etc.

Just a stop over before a very early flight. The property is just 10 minutes walk (max) from departures. Want to call out how lovely Valery was in the restaurant - great service and lovely with the kids.

Great overnight stay after a very late flight. Only 5 minute walk from the airport terminal. Checked in smoothly at 3am. The child's bed had not been made up, but housekeeping were quickly called and sorted, Breakfast was great. Already booked for our next holiday/flight in the summer.

I called the hotel before arrival, to ask about the shuttle bus from the long stay car park. I was told that there was no bus at that time of night, but that the hotel was a 5 minute walk. This advice was completely wrong. The bus was running and the hotel is miles away from the long stay. Upon arrival, I was told that the room was not the same occupancy as originally advertised, and that no other rooms were available. I was told that if my youngest child had been 3 or younger, they would have turned a blind eye, but because she is 8 they would not. They then suggested that either myself or my wife could sleep on a sofa in the foyer. All throughout the discussion, the staff were blunt and intransigent and unhelpful. When we told them that our flight left in 6 hours, and we had nowhere else the sleep, they just said that they could not do anything to help.

The location was great as we could walk there from the airport. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the size of the room which was very cramped for a family of 4 (including 2 teenagers).

We were lucky enough to get an airport view room, so my kids enjoyed watching the planes out of the window. We’ve stayed here a few times due to its location, if we’ve had an early flight. We ate at the restaurant for the first time, good food, all restaurant staff were very friendly. Breakfast has plenty of options to set you up for the day.

After waiting an hour to check in, we went to our room, only to find there was no electricity. We had to return to the front desk to get a different room. This room was extremely small, making it difficult to move around. Later, with two kids in tow, we decided to eat at the bar service for dinner, hoping it would be faster. It was already 8:30 PM, and the kids needed to sleep for an early flight. We placed and paid for our order, but they forgot about us. It took one and a half hours to finally get our food. The kids were hungry, tired, and grumpy after a long day of travel. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Moreover, the food seemed like it was just reheated from frozen.

We've stayed in a family room before, and so we knew it'd be a squeeze and it was! But this time the curtains were tatty, hanging off on the edges, so the room felt a little tired. The big issue for us though - and we were really surprised by this: we happened to be down in the lobby at 11am on 11th November - remembrance day. I know at the airport they observed the 2 mins silence, we were genuinely shocked and a little upset that at the hotel, it was just business as usual. They didn't even turn off the music, and everyone, staff and guests, carried on regardless. I didn't complain as what's the point. But did find this very unacceptable.

Staff was great complimentry breakfast was fantastic freshley baked pastries and staff went the extra mile espescially jeanie and interacted with us very welcoming would stay again and reccomend to friends and family
