Second visit as a family (2 adults, 2 kids) and delighted we returned. The whole hotel is exceptionally efficient and the staff are extremely nice to deal with. Really like the food, the rooms, the spa, the public spaces and the external car parking. Great location that allows lots of access to the midlands - you can be so many places in 90 minutes in multiple directions from here. Next time, we intend to stay 3 nights.

Absolutely fabulous stay, hotel was beautiful the staff friendly and very helpful. We are at the hotel restaurant and the food was five star. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area and would recommend it to all our friends and family.
