Great hotel, real family focus due to little touches. The kids loved the pool and breakfast.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room was very comfortable for a family of 4.

This Hotel is awesome for a family stay. Great staff, large pool & nearby Magna to visit with the kids during the day. Highly recommended.

Excellent rooms for a family of 5 and friendly and accommodating staff. Late checkout was also great as meant we could enjoy the fantastic swimming pool and facilities.

The room was very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and like staying together when we visit hotels. This is by far the best family room we have stayed in. We will visit again. I would highly recommend their conference bedroom.

Its offputting for my kids with disabilities to arrive in a room where there isn't enough beds, it stresses them out so seeing where they were sleeping helped them settle in

Me & my partner stayed here with our 2 kids, aged 9 and 4. The staff were friendly and the hotel felt clean & safe. Our family room was spacious & comfortable, although was missing things; it had a coffee pod machine, but no pods and there was a mini fridge with a drink & snack for only 1 person, despite there being 4 of us. Located next to a busy road, we were a little worried about sleep, but all slept very well in the large comfortable beds. We didn’t need to adjust heating or windows, as temperature was warm, but facilities were there for us to do so. Only real concern in the room was that there was no bath mat, and both myself & my 4 year old slipped whilst using the bath. There appears to be grippers in the bath, but this didn’t stop it from being extremely slippy. We booked breakfast for the morning, which is available from 6:30 (earlier than other hotel chains). There was both a continental & cooked buffet; more than enough to satisfy everyone. Aside from the sausage & bacon being tougher than the Mitchell brothers, the rest was well received!

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, as we have friends and family just around the corner. It’s extremely reasonable considering the facilities, and staff have always been polite, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile!
