Excellent service, staff brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. Food delicious and great quality. Room a little compact for a family room , but would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for an evening, the facilities are nice, definitely needs more beds around the pool. The treatments were amazing and fantastic value which I highly recommend. It’s more an older couples retreat than for kids and thankfully we were an older couple.

Lovely staff; all so friendly; it feels like a family team of staff! Very clean rooms. All facilities incredibly maintained and to a high standard. We stayed as part of our wedding package and had a heritage suite room - 1 of 8 as part of our package. All heritage suite rooms were immaculate. Many of our guests also booked rooms outside of the heritage suite in other parts of the hotel. These too, were a fantastic standard. I swear this hotel should have a higher rating, but I guess there may be one of those tick boxes of amenities that is missing…? What amenity this is I don’t know.

I stayed at the hotel with my family for my husbands birthday. It is a lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only area that I feel needed a little improvement was the service during our evening meal. No one really checking everything was ok and clearing the table.

Went for a family trip to Kent. Such a lovely hotel, great staff and the facilities are superb. The pool times for families are the only down side, but acceptable.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was welcoming . Unfortunately they had a wedding party and also a few ladies doing a spa weekend and was very loud in the early hours of the morning which woke us up from sleep. The spa was nice and clean but due to the space no much lounge area to relax. They had no complementary toiletries in the suit or at the spa reception. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The advice of what was actually available for guest like the gym and locker cards was not given but overall the stay was good and I would recommend to friends and family and I would also stay again
