Jurys Inn Sheffield

Great location and car parking deal at the local Apcoa (£9 overnight and about 2 mins walk away). Lovely hotel, spacious family room for x3 of us, double sofa bed already made up for us. Spotless and everything working well, TV, iron, fan (needed as was warm night), shower etc. didn’t use the kettle but plenty of tea/coffee etc available. Complementary coffee vouchers were a nice treat. We pre-booked breakfast (paid x2 adults and got child free £26 total), which we enjoyed. All staff were great too. I reserved but paid at the hotel but it had gone up by about £8 by the time we checked in so I should have chosen to “pay now”! Still a good price for a really great hotel! Definitely a good find and we will return!

Stayed here visiting family. The hotel reception was very clean, modern, welcoming and well maintained. The staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The room itself (on the 5th floor) was quiet. The bed was super comfortable and had the amenities you would need (iron, ironing board, tea & coffee and a hairdryer). The bathroom was a bit dated and tired (peeling paint, artex ceiling, toilet roll holder falling off the wall, rusting eyelets in the shower curtain). The biggest thing though is that the room was hot. There’s an air con unit in the room but the panel on the wall was off so I can only assume that it’s broken or the hotel has made a decision to switch off the air con. This did make for a rather warm sleep in summer.

Staff were totally wonderful - extremely polite, professional and helpful at all times. The room size was ok for the 2 of us, but, as a 3 person room, it would have been cramped with 2 adults and a child.

The rooms were large with double bed plus a single. My daughters could pre reserve cots for there babies too at ease! The staff were as polite & helpful when they weren’t trained in certain areas. The Hotel amazed me on how clean & stylish well done Jury Inn.

Clean, family room is very spacious, staff are friendly especially those on morning Duty. Breakfast is very good and, lots of choices as well good quality. They are not overly priced. One thing I didn’t like about this hotel that they charge you for the car park!
