The Spa Hotel

Unfortunately I didn’t note everybody’s names to say thank you but Natalie, Tracey and the whole team were very welcoming and made sure we were looked after. My children loved the hotel and the surrounding area.

First visit to Saltburn & not disappointed by the hotel or location. Views limited from the family room, but made up for on the terrace. Stunning outlook over the beach. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. The receptionist who was on duty Saturday afternoon/Sunday morning went above & beyond to make our stay one to remember.

Great staff, very clean. Great spa treatments and good breakfast. Great views from outside seating. Paid for superior twin with sea views. Reasonable view standing at window but there were lots of people walking past window. There was only 1 chair in the room. Biggest disappointment was that we didn’t know a wedding was booked and it was very noisy until midnight with distant sounds of the disco and excited children running up and down the corridor. Staff listened but nothing they could do. Didn’t think it was worth paying extra for a superior room. Would possibly go again but would check if there was an event on first.
