This is a good choice hotel for a short stay. Excellent value for money. Quiet location and all the staff work very hard to make you feel welcome. Some of the fittings are a little dated mind, although the place is spotlessly clean. I guess we're so used to modern, bland chains that it comes as a bit of shock to find a well-run family hotel, not quite so contemporary. Any full scale makeover would come at price that we, the customer, would end up paying for, so I for one are happy with what you get for your money. Recommended.
