Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly

Has a good stay at Leonardo celebrating Fathers Day with my family. Very good central location with easy access to many restaurants. Parking was so close too, lovely staff and an all round good experience. The room was also lovely and modern. Will definitely be back.

This is the third time I have stayed in this property in the last 12 months and wow! How things can change. The bedroom towels were appalling to the point that they had holes in 2 towels. The second was the breakfast. There was no quality in any of it from the full English to the Coffee. There was no eggs no mushrooms little bacon and kilos of scrambled eggs. Many people were asking staff about the lack of breakfast with not a lot of response. That morning I complained to the managers of the hotel and even his response was not what I was expecting. He said “ because the hotel is quiet they only prepare a small amount of breakfast so there is not a lot of wastage” I replied “the breakfast was of poor quality with very few staff in which one staff member brought 4 fried eggs out on a saucer”. I had a great weekend with my children in Manchester it’s such a shame it was spoilt because of the of the hotel I chose.

I stayed for two nights with my daughters and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. Especially a lovely lady called Jess who ran the place in the evenings. The rooms were big and clean. The bar and food was great! Would definitely stay again with the family.

Nice hotel a bit too far out of the city centre if you have kids. The sky scraper building works next to the hotel means - noise, dirt, roads & foot paths closed

Lovely hotel for a weekend in Manchester with family. A bright morning woke us a bit earlier than hoped but would reccomend and hope to be back again

There was no access to the hotel by car. So we had to park ages away and carry our two small children and all our luggage through dangerous road works.

It feels like a budget hotel designed to cater for groups looking to go out in the city, rather than a business or family hotel. Parts feel unfinished, and the windows in the room are very narrow, reducing natural light. Service was good when needed, although on of the days they forgot to clean my room.

Television was not working in room. No pavement outside hotel as it was closed off as their was a building site next door. Very dangerous crossing road with family.

The hotel was located close to the train station and i a nice area that was being developed. We came to do some shopping as a family and found the hotel in a good location for both the shops and some nice restaurants.

My family and I stayed at Leonardo for 4 nights, the staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and always with a smile. The room was clean, with clean fresh towels, clean and comfortable beds, fridge to store a few bits and pieces, safe to keep our laptops and passports safe. The breakfast was freshly made and delicious. My wife even made personal request to her breakfast which was catered for. Our Son enjoyed the gym facilities. Our entire experiences was faultless. We will certainly be returning to Manchester and we will be using Leonardo in other locations due to our experiences. We've also recommended to families and friends for their family and business trips. Thank you all and keep up the fantastic job. We appreciate it.
