Jurys Inn Manchester City Centre

It was to visit family and socialise, the location has everything. We were able to park the car up for the weekend and walk to everything. If we wanted to go further afield the tram service would have got us there.

Upon arriving you are greeted with an angry receptionist almost shouting at you to self check in. The room was freezing cold and would not warm up no matter how much I played around with the heating. The toilet didn't flush properly. I was put in a connecting room which I did not ask for and the family in the next room were extremely noisy until 1am which you could hear everything through the connecting door. I called for room service and had to dial about 5 times before anyone answered. Upon check out there was no one at reception to assist. I wanted a VAT receipt for my stay. Since checking out I have constantly been emailing and calling the hotel to get a VAT receipt and no one is responding to my emails or picking up my calls. Would never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone!
