Room was what you’d expect, clean and functional, no frills. Would have liked more than 2 teabags and 2 towels (particularly as we had a family room for 4). Breakfast was good. What drove me to write a review was the 3 ladies on Reception when we checked in. They were so friendly and welcoming and could not have been more helpful when we were trying to find a last minute restaurant to book. Thank you for going the extra mile.

We stayed 3 nights wilst visiting family in Manchester. Our check in was pleasant, fast and they accommodated for my pet dog. The facilities are up to par, the breakfast is good to start the day, lots of coffee, tea and a bar to grab a pint or 2.

the room was ok, there is no sound proofing or AC, no plugs by your bed to charge things, kids where playing football in hallway untill 2am and people where having a party in there rooms, night staff could not be bothered to sort problem, Saturday morning staff was rude during breakfast and no time for customer, no food available for breakfast sure to how busy it was, lack of seat or room continually being asked to move so people could get pass, did not bother with breakfast on the second day and went to MC Donald's over the road, on check out explained our negative experience but felt it was ignore by staff member Beata, no offer of a sorry or refund due to poor stay,

We visited Manchester so my son and his dad could watch a match at the Ethiad Stadium so the hotel was great as it was really close. We travelled as a family (including the dog) and the hotel was great for what we needed. Room was large enough for us all, breakfast was really decent and the hotel were great with my dog too. If we should ever go to another football match we would definitely stay here again

convenient location and breakfast which children enjoy. Empty soap containers, and not well cleaned. Facilities like toilet needed to be flushed a few times to clear up only with tissue

Worse hotel we ever stayed in, for £62 a night you expect a cleaner hotel, the hall way leading to the hotel room was stinking, the room was smelling like smoke, no space to move around in the room, not very safe room, I had to ask my nephew who I was visiting to let my two kids stay in his house for the remaining 2 nights. The last night, we came into the hotel about 10.30 after watching Man City vs notts forest on Wednesday to see the hotel wasn't even cleaned. Only one adult towel was there too. I will not recommend this hotel even if it's for free

Stayed with the grandchildren aged 7 & 2 for 1 night. Room clean and comfortable. Reception/dining area was excellent, we were able to bring in our own food and use the microwave and plates/cutlery. Breakfast was buffet style with everything for children/adults really fresh and presented well. Hotel right next to an excellent park so the children loved it. 5* will definately be returning soon.

Great staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel was OK for a two night stay. The property needs maintenance. The lift wasn't working. The family room was dated and cramped, mixer tap in the bathroom wasn't functioning either.
