It was good stay with family, lovely Receptionist helpful. Bit disappointing with breakfast as lot of items run out. All in all it was all ok.

Horrendous! Huge queue for check in. 24 hour bar but no staff to serve you. Then when you did finally get served he gave me a bottle unopened with no glass and no ice?! Hotel room was clean and spacious, no issues. Breakfast was an absolute shambles. Served until 10:30 as it was Sunday. We came down at 10am. No sausages left they weren’t doing anymore. Had to ask for more egg. No clean tables to sit down at. Had to sit on a dirty table that didn’t get wiped even once we sat down. The tray storage was full so customers had no choice but to leave their used plates etc on the tables. Three young women serving breakfast and ‘waiting on’ if you can call it that. The radio coming from the kitchen was that loud you could hear it where you sat for breakfast and the girls couldn’t hear staff trying to get their attention due to various issues. The coffee machine had ran out of milk. This wasn’t refilled at all. Most customers including myself, resorted to making cups of tea with the hot water available but then had to request more milk on several occasions as there wasn’t any milk available near the cereal either. Either the coffee machine was leaking or the bin was leaking but there was coffee all over the floor. When the young girl eventually saw the mess she responded with ‘oh my f”#%ing god’ - I’m just glad I wasn’t with my child as this point! The food that was available was cold- and I don’t mean just a little bit cold. £430 stay! What a joke!

Not sure where to start, on arrival the reception staff was very friendly but after this is all went downhill. The room was very shabby for a Holiday Inn. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sofa bed sloped down at the head end. Carpet needed replacing. Breakfast was the worst I've had in a hotel, couldn't see any staff to help, there was only 1 highchair that was in use and not enough chairs for the tables which resulted in a family of 4 sitting at a tiny table with kids on laps. There was only apple juice for drink choice, and not much choice for anything else. Fruit only 1 orange, no pastries, crossaints etc. No hash browns or tomatoes. Nothing seemed to be replenished or wiped down during the service. Would not visit again, which is a shame as the location was ideal.
