The Stratford Hotel London

Double Double room is a great way to go away with a friend or with family.

We loved our stay. Very family friendly.

Hotel is lovely, and great location. Reception staff not very friendly or nice to kids that’s my only negative. We booked a room for 5 with a small child and were then charged again for the extra bed £40 per night which I thought was unfair as the booking clearly said for 5. Otherwise nice place breakfast was great

Overnight stay with family. Easy check in. Room was compact but had everything you would need. Very clean. No guiness in the bar!

This was in an excellent location for us, right next to the Westfield shopping centre and just a 20 minute walk from the ABBA stadium. The room and beds were smaller than I was expecting from the photos online (for a family room) but everything was clean and comfy. It was disappointing that there wasn't a complimentary bottle of water in the family room, but I would definitely stay here again as it was a nice family-friendly hotel.

Beautiful hotel. The staff’s are very nice and friendly. Very spacious and family friendly. Great space. Very clean and modern. We enjoy staying there. Delicious food and breakfast. Just few minutes walk to Stratford shopping mall and train, buss station Will definitely come back next time.

Lovely room and great location for the Queen Elizabeth Park and Westfield Centre. I did not appreciate being charged £40 for a bed for my son when we had booked for two adults and one child.

Came to London to see Monster Jam....The Stratford makes the most of its location and limited alternative options close by and therefore is so so expensive for what it turns out to be...Not a four/five star like advertised. Over £250 for a night in a family room which in my experience of quality hotels was same size as a normal room! Very disappointed am afraid. Shower room failed to work, poor flow of water at decent ish temp and the toilet is so close to sharp edged sink, my son clipped it a couple of times...not good....the actual room is designed for reduced mobility customers we think with drop down seat and emergency call cable tied up Reception literally 7ft from the elevator is too close for foot traffic! Restaurant food was good but again expensive. Am afraid not somewhere we will coming back too unless a deal is given out.

We stayed at the Stratford for our 2nd Christmas, visiting family. The Hotel was beautifully decorated and overal very clean and inviting. Reception was friendly and quick to address a technical problem in our room upon arrival. The room looked clean and inviting and the bathroom was perfectly clean with all luxury products needed. The 2 single beds were too narrow for adults to sleep on. We moved the 2 beds nearer to each other to prevent us from rolling off the bed at night… but as the exposed carpet under the beds were dirty we left the beds in the position as we received it upon arrival! The breakfast was amazing with a big selection…Value for money. The tables in some areas were very near each other which made access to your seat difficult and there was no privacy between these tables. The breakfast staff was friendly and efficient. Our booking at the E20 Kitchen this year for 4 guests was not great either as only 1 meal was good. 1 meal too spicy, 1 meal too much garlic and 1 duck meal undercooked. As Golden Members with Hotels.com we were disappointed with our overall booking at the Stratford Hotel 2023.
