The hotel suited our location. Close and in walking distance to Abba Voyage. Family room, enough room for our three person family including out teenager.

My family & i spent 7 days at the hotel. Everything was great. It was clean, good location, everything within walking distance, value for money. Would definitely return. The only issue is that, as nice as the breakfast was, after a while it could become monotonous as the continental menu remains the same everyday. A little variety would be nice. But money well spent.

Hotel was nice and staff were friendly enough. We didn't have any food or drinks here so can't comment. PERFECT for Abba arena and train and bus stations. Only negative was our room 326 was bit cramped. Sofa bed when down took up all space (luckily we had just one teenager with us, if you had two kids then space would've been a nightmare) and there were NO DRAWERS for some bizarre reason. Couple of shelves but inadequate. They need to sort that. Fan in bathroom wasn't working but we didn't report until leaving so hopefully it's sorted for next customer. Apart from those minor things we had a good stay therefore 4 stars.

We had 2 rooms. In 1 room the TV wasn’t working & on inspection the aerial cable fell down from being tucked in behind it. Rang reception & someone came to check. Said it needed maintenance crew with correct tools, so offered us a room swap. The new room was adapted for disabled, but was ok for our single night. Food / bar was ok with some ‘children’ options. Good breakfast selection. As there was ‘limited parking’ we left car at Westfield Centre - but that was a long walk with our bags.

It was a nice hotel located in the heart of stratford. Loved the place as it was recommended by a family friend. Only thing when I left way hours and tried calling reception nobody was picking up the call direct from my mobile. Apart from that had the best check out experience.

Stayed for three nights family of 3, the family rooms are good. Great location if you are going to ABBA. Walking distance from a big shopping mall and train station with easy acces to central London and airports. Staff is so friendly and the hotel overall very good, everything clean and good breakfast. Would stay again.
