My family of three stayed here over the week of July 4th and it was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a suite style room and it worked perfectly for us. Clean and the perfect location for our first trip to London. Highly recommend this property.

The location of the property was within walking distance to Paddington train station and Hyde Park. The hotel is 5 levels high with only one elevator. The room itself was very small, in fact I'd compare it to a Hong Kong hotel given how small it was. There was one cupboard to hang your coats. No drawers to empty the suitcase in, which made the room even more cramped. We wanted a separate bedroom, due to needing an area for our baby to sleep, however there was no door between the bedroom and living area. The was no kitchen bench space, and the kitchenette itself was cramped. No room to prepare food. The best thing about the room was the showerhead. I could have stayed in the shower for hours. Loved it. Overall, if you want space, this isn't the property for you.

Was traveling with family in Europe and made a last minute booking. My stay with family was great, room was very clean. Staff and reception were very much responsive in making my stay comfortable. Close to amenities and Hyde park. I recommend 💯. Very clean, soacious and ambient. Staff helped with my uber eats orders. They do have a mini kitchenette and utensils.
