The location is great as it is walkable to several POI. My wife and I are not complainers unless it is really bad. The one thing that surpised us was that they had us in a room that was located in the basement when they had told us we were going to be located on the 1st floor. Our space was two room. My wife and I had our own room and our children were in the front room with an open futon sofa. It was clean and we did have two bathrooms which was great. Only one had a shower which was the one located in the front room which was totally perfecr. Having the two room was great for us to have some proper intimate time with each other. 5 thumbs up for that. One thing I would highly recommend is that they get is safes for the room. With London being such a highly visited place from people out of country and with passports a safe wpuld give people better peace of mind. This hotels number one feature is it's location and the two room suite is great for families.

We - a family of 3 - planned a 4 days trip to London and selected the Fielding Hotel - nicely located in SoHo - little private hotel, not these type of international standards hotel, with individually decorated rooms. Three months after our booking we got informed that we got the last room - without a window, but spacious and with two washrooms. We made a mistake and did not folllow up - now we learned our lessons, as we arrive late a friendly receptionist welcome us and guided us to the CELLAR - without window means in the CELLAR - can you believe it ?!? We could not believe before we saw it. But not enough - spacious maybe but not high, as it is a room in the CELLAR the ceiling is low, and in the two washrooms you can hardly stand - please look at the pictures. And it is not only the height of the room, but the humidity in the room - it always smelled humid and the washroom even had mold. We had a great time in London and can share tips if you like, most important if you book The Fielding Hotel - reject room 42 and 43 both are in the cellar ( maybe they get renumbered, so reject CELLAR ). The nicely decorated room cannot compensate for the low ceiling a person with claustrophobia would not stay any minute and the mold and humidity in the room. Hope we help to make you stay even more enjoyable.

We visited an adult child with our teenager so having a place we could cook some of our meals was a must. The kitchen was sunny and bright, and while small easy to cook in. The shower is in the wall of the bedroom, so that took some arranging of turns, but nothing impossible. Location was perfect for us.

Very helpful staff. Secure area for luggage. Iron and ironing board available. 24/7 manned reception. Basically everything you need in the heart if Covent Garden, a stones throw from bars, restaurants and theatres. Very handy little hotel. Also felt safe with our 2 older children.

Great location, and front desk service. The room, Apartment 2, is spacious for a family of 4 but very rundown. The kitchen and bath are nice, but the carpets, sofa, dining chairs, and exposed bed frame are heavily stained. We covered the sofas with the extra blankets to make them feel more comfortable.
