Fantastic place to stay for a family trip to London with 3 children. Perfect location and within a short (25min) walk of the Westminster Bridge, London Eye, Big Ben and Houses of Parliament

I arrived to check in and was told I was VIP of the day - such an amazing surprise after a long journey from NY! The staff at the front desk told me to enjoy the views from the lounge, and went above and beyond to explain where everything was located in the hotel. When I got to my room I had a follow up call to ensure everything was going ok. Incredible first class service from everyone I encountered in the hotel - felt very welcome and taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and have told friends and family about the amazing experience! Thank you!!

Very nice hotel. It was a holiday weekend so there seemed to be extra amount of children in the lobby so seating was not available. Would stay there again.

This is a review of the suite with kitchenette. So much to say. The suite was fantastic. View of the Houses of Parliament. The view is a million dollar view. The suite has a lot of nice amenities. Including a washer/dryer, garbage disposal, a nice large fridge, a cook top with two burners, a microwave, and a sink and a dishwasher. Bathroom was very nice as was the bed in the bedroom. Room was easily a nice upgrade in a great part of London. Now the downside. General cleanliness was ok at best. Ordering from room service was screwy since the price on the menu didn’t reflect the extra added charges of tray service and service charge. If you check in early they charge 20 pounds a hour for how many hours you are there before 3pm. They don’t answer phones very well in the hotel, calling to get room service was always a multi call affair. The food from room service was good, however the breakfast buffet was a disaster. After one visit to the buffet my family and I ate in our room or went next door to the POTUS restaurant and had amazing breakfast there. The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a pharmacy, an off licence, and a tesco express all within a 5 minute walk. Taxi rank was almost always full, making it easy to get a ride somewhere. If your neighbors are noisy you will hear it thru the walls. We had two sets of noisy neighbors who had out of control kids. We could hear it all thru the walls.

Anis on Reception was very nice and took time to engage with my children. The location of the hotel was excellent - easy to explore London either on foot or the tube stations are very close, lovely views from the breakfast restaurant (didn't go to the executive lounge but I bet this was more spectacular). The room was very nice - we booked a studio room - we were upgraded to the one bedroom suite (not exactly sure the reason) - the room was spacious perfect for family of 4 - kids loved having their own TV - the kitchenette was a little disappointing as although the room could sleep 4 - there was only enough cultery, plates and cups for 2 people? Same with the towels not enough provided for amount of people staying in room - we didn't complain as we managed for the 2 night stay but sometimes it is attention to detail - we were upgraded so perhaps had I'd paid for the room maybe have felt different - also the room was very hot which we found by actually turning the A/c off stopped this. Overall however I would defaintely stay at the hotel again.

Used hotel for a family trip. Was a very pleasant stay. Close to a tube station. Decent area for a big city. Walkable to places you likely are in London to see.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. When checking in we were told our room was almost ready 30 min at most but were left to wait (we checked several times) with 3 young children for over an hour. In the end we gave up as had a show to see. There was a customer relationship manager but she seemed more interested in talking to young men and couples than families. The room was filthy there was huge piles of dust everywhere, the curtains were falling down and we found m&ms scattered everywhere from a previous guest. We also heard several arguments amongst staff where one shoved past my son and I retreating from the argument she was having with another member of staff. Overall it’s a great location but shabby hotel and I wouldn’t recommend for a family.

Poor start: parking is a mile away, so “parking available” marketing was more than a little misleading - would have booked a different property if I’d realized this. So immediately with nowhere to park and small kids, and only 2 spaces of curb parking both full with cars locked and not moving… Got worse. Three in room; nice to see the pull out bed all set-up for three, but two small towels only. Phone call housekeeping, then another 20mins later… no towels ever turned up. Next day, breakfast was good. Car pickup was again annoying - brough car round to front of hotel and got “moved on” by the doorman before my wife could even recover the luggage from the doorman - less than a few minutes. Trying to keep the door clear for a fancier car than our rental, perhaps, but how to make a customer feel unwelcome on their way out the door. Nice hotel, but staff need a serious education in hospitality.
