This is an exceptional Hotel. Clean, curteour, well located. Its HVAC is superquiet and responsive ... Slept like babies The hotel kept the original stables from which at 10am Police ride out on beautifull horses for their patrol. A sight to see!

Great location, clean hotel and extremely attentive staff. Any request we had was addressed immediately. Great location. We traveled with a baby and every time we exited/entered the hotel there was a staff member offering the help with the stroller. Overall was a wonderful stay. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Great Scotland Yard hotel very much. The location can't be beat. It was within walking distance of Trafalgar Square, Thames River, Westminster Abbey, etc. The area felt safe which is extremely important as a single mom traveling with my child. Many transportation and restaurant options were nearby. We plan to visit London again and will definitely choose GSY as our hotel.

The location is perfect! Easy to walk to almost all of the sights and super close to a tube station. The staff was very kind and helpful with recommendations and directions of how to get to places. Room service and breakfast were delicious! We did notice large dust balls on our ceiling vents but otherwise the cleaning services were very nice and respectful. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family who travel to London!

The hotel decor is beautiful! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel centrally located so you can walk to many attractions. My family and I had a wonderful stay.
