Our recent stay at Dukes London was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted by a level of hospitality that exceeded our expectations. One of the standout features of our experience was the staff's unwavering dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. This was particularly evident in their interactions with our elderly parents, who were staying on a different floor. The staff went above and beyond to assist them, ensuring they felt well cared for and attended to throughout their stay. The drawing room at Dukes London quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind and socialize. The staff made all our meals and drinks there very comfortable, and were accommodating even with our larger group size. As a family traveling with a toddler, we were delighted to discover that Dukes London is not only accommodating to guests of all ages but also incredibly family-friendly. The service staff were delightful when interacting with our little one, going out of their way to make her feel welcome and entertained. Overall, our experience at Dukes London was nothing short of exceptional. From the helpful and attentive staff to the inviting atmosphere and family-friendly amenities, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay at Dukes again on our next family trip.

The definition of luxury is professionalism and customer service. Dukes Hotel lives up to its standards by offering old-world hospitality and family-style service in the heart of Mayfair. When an unforeseen change happened on my reservation the staff acted with compassion and offered their best efforts to resolve the issue and provide me a pleasant stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. Dukes Hotel is my go-to home away from home in London. I look forward to my next stay at Dukes and to the memorable fine dining experiences at their Great British Restaurant. 10/10

Staff is supurb. BUT we were moved from a "junior suite" to a "premier" room. The junior suite was $200 per night more. The rooms were identical in every way. When i inquired i was told that they were not the same. They were exactly the same . Why was i overcharged for a suite that was a room not a suite at all ?

Location is amazing as is the history of the place. The bar is a legend although it’s closed sunday evening! They need to up their game. In the past I stayed regularly. During this visit I was in a junior suite where you could hear the plumbing make thumping noises all day and night. I had to change rooms and some poor other person no doubt got my old room. Staff shortage and current staff is overworked. You needed to ask for everything twice - room service, valet, etc. Time for a renovation and improvement in service.

We had a wonderful trip to London. The Dukes is a boutique hotel for travelers looking for a cut above. The staff became like family. The Concierge took care of every want and need. The cocktail lounge was a great gathering place to meet new people. The food in the restaurant was good, although not exceptional
