Good and bad Good Clean, nice, good mattress, good sheets, good bathroom, good TV, good towels and robes, Good front desk, next to underground station one train and your in downtown, there is Tim Horton very close to hotel. Coffee machine, instant coffee. Bad No microwave Sewer smells Room is super hot One shower and the floor flooded, we lost the benny and baby pillow mist likely in the room during house keeping!

Very nice and comfortable hotel and room - very modern also. They gave us also a good baby cot for my baby. Also the breakfast is very good with a large variety of food. Service and people are great :-)

My family and I selected this hotel as we wanted a place to park a car and yet access the tube into London easily. There were parking spaces available easily and Park Royal underground station was only a few hundred yards away. Regarding the hotel itself, we were in a family room which was very spacious for a family of four (infant cot was provided). Reception and hotel staff were always friendly and helpful.
