This hotel ia excellent value for money for a family stay with outstanding facilities. I have stayed here now on a few occasions with my children when visiting Liverpool or Manchester. The children love the pool, the area is quiet and safe but not to far our from things. Staff are incredibly friendly and the room is perfect size for family with two seperate sleeping areas a large bathroom and a lounge area

Really great value, I will definitely return. For me the pool made it & it was really warm. The staff friendly & the family room was huge. The sofa bed was a bit springy but it was amazing value for money!

We stayed in the family room, which was very spacious but could have been cleaner there was a lot of dust on lamps and a few simple repairs would be recommended.

Where do I start. If i could post pictures i would do. Felt like the room hadnt been cleaned since the last customer. Hair around the toilet. Shower tap mouldy and really hard to switch on. Bathroom tap only hot water no cold water. Couldve scolded kids. Lights wouldnt swith off. Light switch broken and wires visable.

The room was a good size and looked good, overall not very clean and toilet would always flush. Slept well but on going down for breakfast the hotel was full of children! and the staff were not prepared so first day breakfast was a coffee when we eventually got a cup, second day was marginally better as I got toast but it was like a boarding school full of children… not the pleasant stay I had in mind for my girlfriend who is supposed to be resting

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It's a great choice for families, offering a welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities. The pool was fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food quality was impressive; we loved every meal we had. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I will definitely visit again.

The hotel was easily accessible from the city. The family room was fantastic as it had a main room with super king bed but also had a separate room with pull out bed for kids. However, a little noisy on the night due to a large group being in hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Self serve breakfast with food being delivered to the hot buffet every few minutes. If you're looking for a reasonable hotel just outside the city then this is the one!!
