Holiday Inn Lincoln, an IHG Hotel

I booked three rooms for family the weekend of 23rd June. No issues at all with two of the rooms, but in the other the sink would not drain. Having checked in at approximately 5:30 p.m. I reported the problem at 6 pm as we went out for dinner. I was assured that this would be corrected, but on returning approximately 11 pm the fault had not been attended to. It means that the two elderly relatives in the room ended up having to use one of the other room’s bathrooms. While I appreciate problems will always occur and things break, it is more disappointing to find that no action was taken by the hotel to remedy the fault then the actual fault itself. We had no issues with the other two rooms, but nevertheless a disappointing experience.

Loved the lounge area, very chilled it had bar and area for food , I felt very comfortable I came to visit family so we used that area . Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable

The staff was lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you full property was very nice and clean and I had a poorly child with me and the quietness and the confidence of the beds for her was fantastic all round 10 out of 10

I have to say the family room is very dated. Also no plug sockets by the bed. Made charging stuff difficult for kids. Breakfast was nice enough. Staff friendly. But the rooms let down a bit. Will possibly look at other options in the future

Second time staying here. 1 adult 3 kids, booked a room with 2 double beds. Didn’t have food here so can’t review that. Clean, spacious, great location, overlooking harbour, restaurants, pub, cinema, small tesco shop all on same street, car park on corner if required. Quiet location, 5 minutes walk into town centre.
