My family and I had a short but pleasant stay, the service was wonderful, the rooms, the pool, the spa and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was presented with a great variety of products with very good quality which made the stay enjoyable. In conclusion, we plan to return very soon

Pitch view rooms were well-appointed, and worth the extra spend if you’re a rugby fan. Ellie at reception was excellent. Super helpful. She made our family stay and Son’s birthday very special.

Nice stay. The swimming pool is next door to the hotel in the Virgin Active and children can’t swim until 9.30. But hotel staff were really friendly and helpful.

Frequest business traveller. Family weekend. Superior suite. (351) - No Heating (when -2 outside), 2 bedrooms , 1 small heater delivered on complaint. - Aircon fan cold even when off. - Rainfall shower not working. - Stained carpets throughout. - -No hot water next morning. (Night brfore ok). - No room service due to kitchen issue. - Party downstairs function room until 4am. - Cigarette odor in bedroom. - Not 1 coat hook. - Long wait at reception. - 2 waters for family of 4. - Complaints not listened to on checkout. Breakfast not included even though room booked as included. Was to cold to take pictures.

Another good stay at the Marriott to watch the rugby. Staff excellent and attentive and do what they can do provide an early check in. Rooms comfortable, Breakfast ok although at £80 plus for a family of four we didn't feel it was value for money as it's a basic buffet. My biggest issue, which may not bother some people, is dirty windows. These are not just dirty but absolutely filthy. We noticed this last year and they have just got worse and obviously haven't been cleaned for a very long time. Made it impossible to appreciate any sort of view. Not what I'd expect for a £400/night hotel.

Great hotel will stay again! Really lovely large suite with great views of pitch. Breakfast was a bit tricky with our child with allergies. No clear Ingredients or allergy information and staff not clear. But good food. Up your allergy procedures and it’d be perfect! Great location and easy to get to central london

On trying to locate parking my daughter in law was approached by 2 intimidating black girls, fortunately my daughter doesnt scare easily. Good points, hotel staff very helpful, tv wasnt working in original family room so staff moved my family to a different room very quickly and were very helpful

Ideal for Twickenham stadium. Really big room. Food was delicious and catered for allergies well. Pool is in the next door building at the Virgin Gym which is fine but children can only go in “family times”.
