Very well run, front staff helpful. I like that there's an indoor and outdoor area for dinner and drinks. And I like having the option of a newspaper delivered: it may be old school, but it influenced my choice to stay here a second time. A family member who needed an accessible room was well accommodated.

This was a family trip relating to a wembley sporting event. This hotel is ideally located near to the train station and local amenities. The hotel itself is well appointed and the staff very accommodating. Laurel in particular was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again without hesitation.
