Our room wasn’t ready until 3.25 not great!Got to our room and the ceiling looked like it was going to collapse I complained to the duty manager as there was no general manager who left us seated at the bar for an hour until it was painted/botched over.Then to top it off kids above running around banging before we had dinner and first thing in a morning.Worst stay ever and left very disappointed and Upset.What was meant to be a relaxing stay was a total nightmare.

I am pretty good with words, but for once I simply cannot find the words that can possibly explain what a delightful overnight stay my family and I had at Cliveden. You truly have to experience it for yourself to understand what I mean.
