Hilton East Midlands Airport

We have stayed at this hotel several times now, visiting family locally. Staff are always friendly & helpful. Clean & comfortable. Will no doubt be back!

The staff were friendly and helpful. A bit tricky getting to off the island i found . Great pool . Stayed for 4 days visiting family .room service was good and quick .would definitely stay again

While the Hilton East Midlands Airport is clean, it falls short of what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Several issues impacted the overall experience: Room Amenities: No fridge in the room, which is unusual for a hotel of this caliber. The lack of a toilet brush is also inconvenient. Wellness Facilities: The sauna was not working, and the gym setup was awkward, with the need to wear shoe covers to access different areas. The pool was a bit cold, but at least the Jacuzzi was functional. Service: Receptionists didn't inform us about bringing a coin (£1) for the pool locker, something that most hotels would mention during check-in. Family-Friendliness: There was no additional lounge area for children, which made it difficult to keep them entertained. Food & Beverage: The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited choices compared to other hotels you've stayed at. Parking: The parking fees were high, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. In summary, while the hotel was clean, it didn't meet the standards expected of a 4-star rating, and some 2-3 star hotels offer better amenities and service.

Really lovely hotel, quiet, modern and spacious. Staff were excellent and helpful. Food at breakfast was outstanding, my kids particularly loved the pancake maker. The swimming pool and hot tub were great. Bathrooms a bit dated in style but well kept and water pressure was amazing. Parking £6 per night for hotel guests as it’s an airport hotel. The kids play area in the lounge bar was a lovely touch. Highly recommend a visit, we’ll be back.
