We definitely recommend staying here ! It was an amazing experience… The kids had their own room (14 and 16 yrs) and had requested a haunted room ! ☺️ (311) ! The rooms are beautiful.., the refurb has been done to an excellent standard , the staff, the food , the whole experience was fantastic !!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming, friendly and just made our stay so much better. As a family with younger children this meant a lot and we will be looking to visit again in the future.

Visited the Jail attraction as a child, so was keen to see the hotel development. Hotel itself is superb, comfortable and luxurious. Ate in the Chapel restaurant which offered high end quality food. Staff in the cocktail bar were very friendly and accommodating. Great cooked breakfast. Couldn’t be more grateful to front of house Gary and Chef Harry who went out of their way to jump start my car after a flat battery. I couldn’t rate the experience high enough.
