ibis Brighton City Centre - Station

We had a family room with 2 single beds and a small children’s bed. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable and very flimsy. The room was very dark and could have been cleaner. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with great choice for children.

Ok room, but not very clean. Dust on lambs, soapdispensers, dirty bedhead and very dusty under bed. Stayed at a family room and asked where to put dipers, answer was go and find a garbage bin in the streets. Only one elevator was available during whole stay( 4 days) Superb location tho.

the room cleanness is so far okay, not bad but you can find a hair on the shower area or on the bed somewhere. The room is not big but price is reasonable for family of 4. Value is over the price. Especially the breakfast is excellent, all taste good and various selection. Staff are nice and helpful. services in front desk and breakfast area are brilliant.

Great stay, bed a little uncomfortable for 1 member of our family. Staff very pleasant and engaged, even tried the beer for me when I questioned it!!

When I arrived I expected a nice, clean, comfortable room. Firstly the room had a smell to it. A little cheesy. I was very disappointed with how cold looking and basic the room was. I paid nearly £200 for one night so I expected a lot more! Also in the listing pictures it shows a basket with crisps a drink and some other little bits in it. That isn’t in the room. The tea and coffee was basic. No plug by the kettle. The ‘smart tv’ didn’t work as it should. There was nothing smart about it. The bathroom reminded me of a train WC - it was very off putting and I didn’t want to use the shower due to it not feeling overly clean. Overall I was very disappointed with my room. The breakfast was nice and the staff were amazing. I’m coeliac and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe and enjoyable breakfast. If the room was nicer I would be back but it wasn’t. The bed was also very firm and not overly comfortable. Disappointed as it was my one night off from family life and it was a much needed break.

More power sockets needed in family room

We booked a family room and the AC was not working and there was no replacement option hence we been shifted to two double room. Both the toilets were in very bad condition. The staff was nice and helpful but the management needs to have some periodic quality checks on the rooms and make sure customers don't face an issue in the middle of the night.
