We had to call an ambulance due to our baby and the staff were super fast to put the crew in our room. The hotel was great and had a good breakfast. Room had lots of space

We loved this hotel! We had a friendly welcome and a straightforward check-in. We were presented with a clean, boutique style room for a family of three on the third floor. The room had everything we needed. It was lovely to stay in a Recency building in Bath which was less than a 10 minute walk into the hustle and bustle of the main town. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed in a family room for the night after attending a wedding. The room was enourmous and had the sofa bed all set up ready for my daughter when we arrived. It was great to have all that space for my 3 year old as normally she's climbing the walls in small hotel rooms.

We had a lovely large clean and modern family room with plenty of space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location with parking and just a short walk into the city centre.

Had an enjoyable stay at the Lansdown. Quiet hotel within walking distance of city centre, but steep walk back up. Hotel rooms were modern and clean and ideal for a family, the only negative was that rooms were very hot and needed a fan left on constantly. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the bar area was very relaxing and quiet. We didn’t book breakfast as we felt this worked out expensive for a family.

The reception and restaurant staff were very polite and friendly. However the condition of the room was not worth the price paid for it. There were torn net curtains up at the windows and there was a childs sticky sweet stuck on one of the framed pictures in the room.
