Loft 1502

We booked 2 Adults and 6 years old child. There was a double bed only, not big enough for 3 of us. I had to sleep on the sofa. Shower head was broken and there was water leak damage, on the ceiling, paint or wall paper which has not been peeled. We were given the keys and directions to the room. Room was on the basement which’s not been mentioned.

This hotel is at a good location and its modern and minimalistic and it was clean. My experience was not good prinarily because of the one giy on duty at night. First he gave us a single room instead if the suit we had booked and had to come down to the room to know his mistake. Then he told me that i should clean the wrong room we entered because of him (it wasnt dirty to begin with.. my son used the restroom only). Then there were no blankets and pillows for the kids room which had a sofa bed instead of a proper queen that was advertised. There were no pans or dishwashing liquid. It wasnt convenient asking for that all. The last nail to the coffin was that when we returned the second night after a day soent outdoors... neither of the ACs worked. Its june and hot and he said he cant do anything since hes the only one on the job! On my insistance he came down to at least check and said some friend of his will come and check in 5 mins. Never came and he never updated. Lastly the whole hotel including our room smelled of cigrettes and some of the other guests were loud. We slept in out swet with the windows open hearing the other guests crash beer bottles!
