Akra Hotel

Having stayed at other 5 Star Hotels in Antalya, I was curious as to what I would encounter here. From the moment we stepped onto the hotel grounds, everything was perfect. Staff is upbeat, friendly and professional. The kids club is amazing and the little one has so much fun there. Great fitness center and the food is delicious. The cleaning staff is excellent too. Beautiful pools and good selection of restaurants on the premises. Highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to go back!

This property is amazing, beautiful and relaxing. The staffs are very accommodating and very friendly. The room were spacious and huge with everyday cleaning and top up of coffee and bottled water. I was with my partner and my 17 months old toddler and every time the staffs will see her they always say hi or hello to my baby. The food choices were great!! The pool area are beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel in Antalya, nearby stores and restaurants outside.

Everything about our stay was great. From our room being changed from 2nd floor to the 8th floor with the best view, to breakfast and to the cute little gift left in our room for our baby girl. Breakfast was lovely and lots of options. The 10th floor restaurant Asmani, was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Stay at Akra Hotel. Some key positives include: - The food! - The pools - The beach - The staff - The Gym While 5 stars, it wasn’t perfect and some improvements I would like in the future include: - A proper Queen or King bed instead of 2 double beds put together. It made it very uncomfortable while snuggling - The rooms are not soundproof. A baby on the same hallway kept us up multiple nights - It needs a laundry room for self-service Otherwise, we recommend staying here 100%

From start to finish, Akra Hotel was 5 stars all the way. The facility and location are beautiful and convenient. The reception was efficient and welcoming. The housekeeping was so on top of it and thoroughly cleaned everything every day. The restaurants were delicious and the staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The gym is an entity onto itself and I’ve seldom had a better workout experience at a hotel fitness center. The Kids Club and in particular, Evrim and Sena deserve special recognition and mention. I never leave my child with anyone, but felt comfortable having them babysit my son. They and all the staff there were so good to the kids and trustworthy. It’s obvious that they love kids and have the proper training and education to look after them well. Thoroughly impressed with every part of my stay at Akra Hotel Antalya!! Can’t wait to have the opportunity to return!!!

Food, location, service, amenities…Akra has it all. We stayed for 15 nights and didn’t regret one of them. Very friendly service. Close to city. Own beach and great pools. We especially liked that there were not so many kids around and pools have age limits so you can lay and relax without noise. Amazing breakfast buffet. Would recommend!

Was a very strange stay as looking out at the mountain views you’d think I’d feel like I’m in paradise, however it was like hell, my whole family got food poisoning eating from the hotel which ruined our whole holiday as we were way too sick to even do anything. We even booked our flights back sooner so we didn’t have to stay any longer. Upon check in, they were aware that I was an expedia vip, and entitled to FREE room upgrade, however they still made me pay an extra £500 to upgrade and told me its based on availability.. if it was based on availability then surely you wouldn't be able to offer me an upgrade for £500 extra then? We paid it anyway as we needed a bigger room. Upon entering the room we found multiple faults with the condition of the room, the balcony door wouldn’t close and I have young children so thats dangerous, the bath would flood the bathroom floor if turned on and the bathroom door was off the hinges. When we complained to the staff at the hotel, they were so rude and arrogant, arguing back with us when their rubbish hotel and service ruined what could have been an amazing holiday with my family. The views from the balcony may be beautiful, but honestly unless you want to feel like death, I’d avoid this place!

Good location for off season holidays, amazing sea view, big room for deluxe, comfortable bad. Absolutely incredible quality and choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Chef is really good, a lot of fantastic stuff for dinner, delicious and tasty, breakfast very diverse, I like idea having small smoothie in addition to very diverse choices of different cheeses from different provinces of Turkiye, fruits. Very helpful staff in the restaurant. Lunch served in the 10th floor with amazing view, less choice but enough. Warmed outdoor pool amazing, big one indoor, good sport hall. Very good customer service, had a birthday in a family, very provided with flowers and cake, this was great and welcome drinks.
