The Tongsai Bay

Our family getaway at Garrya Tongsai was nothing short of incredible. From the welcoming check-in to the impeccable service provided by the friendly staff, every moment felt like a cherished memory in the making. Our daughter's daily adventures at the Kids Club were a highlight, thanks to the creative activities and attentive staff. There was an excellent complimentary breakfast buffet and all of the restaurants had great food and were able to accommodate a gluten allergy. The massages at the spa were genuinely the best I've ever had! Our heartfelt thanks to the entire Garrya Tongsai team for making our family trip unforgettable. Amidst the impeccable service, delightful cuisine, and heavenly spa experiences, we were pleasantly surprised by the resort's eco-friendly initiatives, including the thoughtful touch of offering lemongrass straws instead of plastic ones. We're already looking forward to returning to this paradise.

I have been to Thailand every year since I was a child (30 years old) and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. We are very pleased with everything. Traveled with two small children, so great plus with kids club and a sweet girl working there- Which the kids loved. We will definitely be back next year!

Every people are working at the hotel i think they came from the same family called Thongsai Bay. They have one thing in common is Service with Heart. The vibe in the hotel was stunning ,warm, kind and beautiful mind. Everyone working as the hotel is belong to themselves. They were willing to serve the best thing to visitors and have professionally done great with their roles, Chefs cooked the tasty meals, housekeepers cleaned my room so tidy, concierge, receptionists, baristas, stuff at pools were in charge. So the consequences were exceptional.

The staff feels like an extant ion of the family. That was our 3rd stay here and it feels so good to see the same happy faces. Some employees been around for more than 30 years. Hotel is family owned and the you can feel this in more personal/less “corporate” touches. I hope they don’t lose this after they go through renovation under Banyan Tree management rebranding. The nature/Layout of the property and the Beach are the best among many many top hotels we visited around the World. Whenever we visit a new property when we travel our one the world we alway mesure it up against Tongsai Bay and every time my wife and I agree that the Tongsai is better. This hotel is perfect for people who value natural beauty, private less crowded areas and peaceful relaxing comfort. The only way to get not satisfied, is if you are lookin for glamorous, loud and busy/many people , Vegas like, vibe. That would be a miss ))). It’s everything but it.
