The Park Nine Hotel Suvarnabhumi

Spent one night at Park Nine waiting for my family to arrive. Everything was good. will be my first choice if I need to stay close to the airport.

Great clean and modern hotel, Located close to airport. Used as an onward stay to ChaingnMai for a family. Excellent service and food in the restaurant, I wouldn't hesitate to come Back again.

Had a great deal of trouble communicating with staff Supplies in 2 bedroom apartment suite absolutely lacking The main problem was we had booked 2 junior suites one with TWO beds on arrival not available we were between a rock and a hard place so had only the 2 bedroom apartment suite available at an extra cost with no offer of credit for already paid for 2 rooms We were very unhappy ‼️‼️‼️

I had a late arriving flight in Bangkok and booked the hotel for the night before my family could pick me up the next day. My experience was so lovely. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were wonderful. I didn’t experience any of the hotel other than my room, but it was a great experience. If I ever need a place to stay in Bangkok again, this hotel will be my first choice.

This hotel is joke. Can you believe they charged us $15 for two dirty towels. Are you kidding me, we used the towels to clean the sink and the floor due to their inadequate cleaning staff. I asked the front desk associate since you're charging me, I would like my towels I paid for. Of course, they couldn't provide them. This is why it's a joke. The hotel never showed me the towels they couldn't wash to get the dirt out. Instead, they charged me for a product I never received. I've traveled all over the world and NEVER!! was charged for dirty towels. This hotel is only out for your money. Do yourself a favor, and stay somewhere else.

Service friendly and amenities of surrounding and easy accessed, hotel was clean in room and out of hotel and I would recommend to friends and family.

Our stay was going fairly well until we were charged 215 baht for two small bottles of water that we thought were complementary, we used them to brush our teeth. We are from Canada and to be charged over 10 dollars is ridiculous. The bottles of water can be bought at any 7/11 or family mart for 12 baht to charge more than ten times the price is just taking advantage of people. The area the hotel is in is not that great and getting picked up from the airport seems to be almost impossible. The Thai people are wonderful this hotel was out of character for Thailand. Give this one a miss there are lots of other options around the airport.

Great hotel near airport - better than others I’ve stayed at in area. Had family of 5 in two bedroom suite and they had the extra bed already set up. Room service was good. Check out was manual and took some time so plan ahead if you have a flight to catch!

Check in was 2pm, room was still not ready at 3pm. We had a small child, none of the toilets had change facilities. We were told multiple excuses and had to sit around waiting with small child, unable to access room or change facility

Stayed one night in-out of Bangkok. Gorgeous brand new 2BR suite. Great for family or two couples. Lovely pool. Delicious breakfast. Not much nearby, so definitely commuter hotel. Gracious service, easily booked us a car for transport next day. I would definitely stay there again if needed to be by the airport. Don't hesitate if your travels call for same.
