Amazing hotel in north phuket. Big beautiful hotel room, pool area and good breakfast. Great location. Pool table👍 well equipped gym. There was quite a lot of families and kids playing at the pool - we didnt mind it much but definitely more kids than in the other lux hotels we were in. Food by the pool was bit overpriced for the quality. Little minus as well that we had ocean view room but the ocean wasnt showing that much.

This exceeded all my expectations. Hotel was beautiful, breakfast was great and varied with both Asian and western options. Only 10-15 mins from the airport. The best thing for us was the location next to Naithon Beach. The beach is clean, has good food options and clear waters. Great for families looking to relax. Would definitely come again.

It is an amazing hotel. Not much of activities for family, but the type of hotel that cab find for private time and good view on the beach.

The most beautifully designed hotel situated in Phuket above the quiet Naithon Beach. A lot of thought went into the location, design and lay out of this stunning hotel even down to the furnishings, decor and soft furnishings. The rooms and villas are wonderful, we opted for a see view, waking up to a view of the see every morning was breathtaking. Breakfast is good buffet style food for all. The infinity pool is gorgeous, they have a kids area and pool for them separately from the main pool. The Gym is quite small but has everything thing you need for a great workout. The staff in all areas can’t do enough for you they are very welcoming, helpful and lovely a credit to the hotel. The location is in the quiet area of Thalang with quite a few restaurants, massage parlours (which are so cheap by the way) myself and my cousin have full body and reflexology massages back home and could not believe how cheap it is here so had quite a few massages, they have Pharmacies and even a fabulous reggae bar called Madagascar the owner M, his wife and brother are so lovely and M makes the most amazing cocktails, he and his wife prepare delicious fresh food right in front of you (a must visit). If you want adults only a great night life, clubs, bars, restaurants an hour’s drive away from the hotel is the place to be is Patong Beach, Bangla Road, this place has everything you need in one place and the clubs go on into the early hours of the morning. Best clubs are Illuzions and Sugar Club.

Getting to and from room requires hotel buggy which limits mobility. Not recommended for young children in strollers or anyone in wheelchair or requiring assistance. Ambience nice and great spa. Food was good though restaurant menu fairly limited.we booked through Expedia and got a good rate though hotel does not award Accor club points unless you book through them directly. Nonetheless they extended some benefits to us as we are Gold members. Overall a relaxing place to stay for a long weekend.

We were blown away by the hotel right when we stepped foot onto the lobby by the panaromic view of the Andaman Sea, flanked cliffs in the distance. Throughout our stay, we experienced impeccable service, including a free upgrade to a family room for our family of 3. Our 18-month old enjoyed himself in the pools and kids club, which made his holiday magical. Breakfast was a sumptuous spread across a diversity of choices, from donuts to soup noodles.

Service and setting amazing and staff went above and beyond to help. Would stay again but in low season out of holidays as it is a family hotel and there were too many badly behaved children screaming and running around all day long for my taste. So was not really peaceful. Hotel is short of restaurants - there are only two, one high end and the other buffet style. Room service was good though.

The kids club staff is very nice and friendly and my 5-year-old son enjoyed it a lot.

This hotel is amazing in every way. The checkin was quick and easy, the infant cot was already set up in the room. The breakfast is fantastic, we enjoyed it to the fullest every day. All our requests were promptly taken care of. The staff was amazing, all of them. The managers seem very hands on as they were present all day long and made sure everything was taken care off. Eg on our last morning, the hotel was full and so it was relatively busy at breakfast, but still there were plenty of spaces to sit, all the food was constantly refilled and no waiting lines whatsoever. So it just runs smootly. This hotel is amazing and we will definitely come back
