The property is surrounded by raw beautiful nature, tress and beach it had it all. However it’s not in ideal location and far from everything but the airport. I would suggest, using this place before leaving and staying one or two nights. However if your wanting a getaway from everything then this place is perfect and good for kids as well.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. I traveled with my family. Customer service was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurants at the hotel offered a variety of food options. The atmosphere was ideal for a romantic dinner with my husband. Just perfect! Highly recommended and I absolutely will return again.

The hotel listing is highly misleading. I’m also very disappointed at expedia for not helping us in resolving the issue as we desperately wanted to leave. We booked four rooms and paid premium for them-almost double what other people at the hotel paid. Our rooms were changed/ upgraded however honestly it was more of the same. The beach is awful, water is a Mile away- look on google maps. There is construction on the beach. The staff are absolutely useless! Service is atrocious. You also see and hear planes landing constantly, even throughout the night. Compared to other places we have stayed at in Thailand this truly is the worst. Marriot should be ashamed of themselves. Also note the town is about an hour away due to traffic. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyway. The pool is also overrun with children on hideously large floats- more like Thomas cook kind of place. Just horrid! Please do your research before booking!

We had the most amazing stay- everything from the resort itself, to the staff, to the food, to the beach and pool access rooms made this the perfect resort for a holiday with children. This place is child friendly and the beach is one giant sandy plain where toddlers can happily play as there’s barely any tide making it safe and very practical. There is some construction going on beside the hotel, and so long as you’re staying on the other side of the resort the construction sound will not be a bother.Worth booking a room with pool access as the kids loved this as the pools are connected. Whilst the hotel location is far off from many attractions, this is the ideal place to come relax and avoid the touristy areas of Phuket. The food options were amazing and excellent quality of food - the pizzas are great, the thai food was outstanding and the breakfast selection was fabulous. No complaints. The F&B team are all outstanding and went out of their way to accommodate our every needs and to ensure that we were all well fed and happy! Manish is one of the best F&B / managers/executives I’ve ever come across as he’d do to any lengths to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. The staff at this resort are all incredibly customer service focused and genuinely care to help make sure you have the best stay. We must also commend and thank Richard, Joey, Chef Abhi (I think this is his name) and the entire reception team. We will definitely be coming back !!

The staff really made us feel welcome. They were very kind to us and our children and we really appreciate the above and beyond efforts. This place is great. I strongly recommend this resort.

We went there with our 5 year old son for a family holiday for 3 days 2 nights. Cannot figure how did it receive many good reviewers - it’s makes me wonder how real are they really. Disappointing beach- no lights at night time and very dirty with zero water sports. Disappointing services- after rounds and rounds of requests they agreed for the checkout time of 1pm instead 12pm despite the rooms were not fully booked. Disappointing kid’s facilities- no kids pool with slides or any kids water activities, the kids club basically is just a room that allows your kids to do some drawings and artwork. Rooms are old and curtains can’t be even closed up completely. our room with pool access- full of ants and mosquitoes at the balcony that makes it impossible to sit around to chill. My friends staying at the one bed villa was also disappointed with the tiny pool provided - it’s about a bath tub size in rectangular shape. Lastly, they didn’t give us 10% discount for F&B though I’m a bovoy member as mentioned at checking in. Overall, far below Marriot standards. Positive points: Lobby is nicely designed and breakfast was good.

Overall a really great stay. We went with two kids (10 and 14). The pool is amazing- so large! The grounds look fantastic. Breakfast was also great. The only reasons we didn’t give it 5* we’re: 1. Rooms weee great really good size and nicely done, but smelt a little musty. 2. Service in the Thai restaurant lacked a little attentiveness for a 5* hotel. Overall a fabulous place. Well worth it.

Loved my poolside room, I just wish there was an adults only section available as I had noisy kids around my room the whole time.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights in January 2017 with our two children. In general a very clean and quiet place. We loved the kids club, the pool area is very quiet and large, the rooms are clean and nice, the surroundings are great too. The staff is very kind and guest friendly, the food is good, breakfast is really good with a lot of freely squeezed juice and everything else you could want. They had really good yoga instructor, Fernie, you should definitely try one of hers classes, she had private lessons as well. On the negative side: the beach is not one of the best in Phuket area and the kids pool is not easy accessible, there are not stairs that are easy for kids to use.

We arrived the hotel late in the night, and got upgraded to the pool view rooms. Good place to stay with kid, few people, nice beach, awesome swimming pool. The only problem is the sound insulation between the rooms, we heard the TV sound of next room. Generally, it's a good place to stay. One more thing, the lady coach in the gym is very nice.
