Dewa Phuket Resort & Villas

Fantastic location if you need to get to or from the airport quickly! The hotel is also located right across from the beach. The property is huge and can be a little confusing to get around until you get to the layout. Our only complaint was that the WiFi did not work well in our room and some staff members seemed a little pushy. We also wished they would bring guests to their tables during breakfast, as there were many couples that would take four and five seater tables when two and three seat tables were available. This would lead the staff to have to piece together tables for larger groups/families which made the breakfast area seem congested and hard to navigate. Overall, we would definitely stay here again

We would move here if we could. Our Grand Pool Villa was unlike any place we've ever stayed -- ultra-private, clean, comfortable, quiet. You do sacrifice beach view for privacy, but that suited us just fine. The only potential downsides were the construction in the complex next door (it was somewhat disruptive, but not enough to interrupt my nap on our private loungers) and the many vacationing families with very young children (allowing your 3yo to strip at the breakfast table was a bit much). Easy, walking access to countless food choices. Be sure to dine on the beach and have lunch at one of the vendors near the hotel. For a crazy non-Thai option, try the Pasta Restaurant and drop by Chern Coffee for a cuppa. The hotel's breakfast buffet did the job, but it was a bit of a weak point in an otherwise amazing experience.

Olga, Nitty and the team at Dewa were absolutely fantastic during our stay. There was a delay with check in but everything was resolved to our satisfaction before we raised an issue. The location is very close to the beach, some shops and ideal for the airport. The villas were ideal for our family, very clean and spacious with separate bedrooms, living room and balcony. We also found the restaurant was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Reception service is very bad when reached hotel. I have waited more than one hour with kids just resolve the breakfast issue.Kids suffered from Mosquito bite when waited at the reception area badly. I will not prefer this hotel again.
