Centara Karon Resort Phuket

Stayed with my family. Great hotel and my kids loved the pool. Only down side was their breakfast which was average. Apart from that everything else was really good. I’d stay again.

The property it’s self pools etc were excellent, the rooms are a little bit tired and could do with a refresh, we had breakfast included in our package and the food was fantastic. Would recommend the Centura to family and friends

The hotel is family friendly and kids would love it. While the hotel is a bit weary, the overall condition is still acceptable. The staff are passionate and forthcoming.

The food, the Taff, the playground for the kids the swimming pool. Really it was nice

The hotel staff are very friendly and it is located in an excellent spot for families. But it is very comfortable for couples.

Such lovely people and so polite! Family friendly hotel and location. I went there with my husband and 2 toddlers (2 & 3 yrs old)

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and well maintained. We had a lagoon room which overlooked the kids pool and we did experience noise from around 7:30 am which was the only down side. If I went again I would probably stay in the tropical (which i think are also usualy cheaper) rooms as they overlook a quieter pool mainly used by adults.

The staff at the Azur restaurant where not helpfull and not willing to adjust menu for the kids when asked for, butthey claimed to be a familly resort ? The room where a bit disapointing seems like the bathroom are from the mid 1970's. The Tropix pool was not clean like the other 3 resort / hotel I visited, water was really blury and that wasnt due to the low amount of rain we received. The Bar tender of the tropix pool bar was everything except proffessional, when I ordered wine for my wife he ran off of a kind so he mixed another type of white wine with it ? The outside arrangement / plants is really well maintained and nice for pictures. Theres a lot of organised entertainement on the site.

From the time we arrived our experience was fantastic , the hotel was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was fantastic . The swimming pools were really great the kids loved them. We are going back there next year

We had a wonderful break meeting up in Phuket with family Whilst we had a great time the hotel rooms were very basic and extremely tired The staff were always friendly and kind And the cost of eating and drinking at the hotel was rather high.
