OZO North Pattaya

Overall very satisfying stay. Breakfast was crowded time to time, and seemed like there were quite much one night tour charter vacationers. Hotel felt sometimes crowded. But overall it was good time. Childrens pool was nice. Weekend time they had some extra activities for childrens, which I think they could accomodate all the time. Seaview room had real sea view with no obstacles.

Very nice for family visit

I was satisfied with the accommodation. The staff were especially kind. t was comfortable because the hotel was located within walking distance of shopping malls and beaches. My child is having such a good time in a sliding swimming pool.

Everything was excellent, room was not big but well though t out, brand new and well equipped. Sea view was nice, watching all pattaya bay even while lying down. Smart tv connection a plus, internet extremely fast for hotel wifi. Cleaned daily, breakfast fine, pool nice with plenty of empty beds. Terminal 21 is 2 min walk away with lots of restaurants and shops, beach also 5 min walk. However, what spoiled the experience and left a sour feeling was that kids were allowed to roam freely and create unbelievable noise at pool and lobby area. This reached a very bad end on my last night, where several of them, mostly Russian, were allowed to shout, scream and yell after 10pm. I woke up at 11pm, even though I was at floor 11 and had my balcony door closed, was not able to sleep properly that night because they continued this shouting until 1230am. I believe this should not have been allowed by hotel staff, any hotel guest should respect other guests and I consider this a hotel fault, as could easily have notified their parents and stopped this.

Great service especially from Jane and Beer. The staff is very attentive to our needs. For example, when one noticed I was standing at the lobby for some time. He asked if I was waiting to go on a tour and offered to check with the travel operator to ensure I do not miss the coral island trip. Food variety is good and the gym is superb that it has the equipment for me to do cross training. Location is family friendly, and close to malls like Terminal 21 and Central Marina. Will return again to stay when I am back in Pattaya.

We just had a fantastic stay here. It is a very modern and clean hotel. My children loved the pool facilities and we had our rooms cleaned daily which was nice to come back to after a long day out. Terminal 21 shopping mall is a short walk away, which provided clean amenities and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The beach is also a very short walk away. It is a fantastic location, staff are helpful and friendly, we couldn't ask for more.
