One of the best resort I’ve stayed at - especially if you have kids. Extra convenient in location and lots of activities for kids/toddlers.

Possibly one of the best hotels I have stayed. Couldn't fault anything. The most impressive thing was the staff. Was an amazing place for a family stay. Will try to stay at any grande centre point from now on.

great location and connect to Terminal 21 mall, also some local resturants around. Great for family to stay with kids water park. Quite far from night street so the location is quiet and safe. Breakfast is great with lots of varieties. Also is good to ask for room with beach view.

The property is really set up to cater to kids and families. The pool bar does not serve adult drinks. The feel is similar to what you would expect at disney world.

Good experience for family to stay here staff friendly and helpfull , variety breakfast , nice swimming pool , easy to go shopping mall by connecting way I will back again if I can

Staff friendly,Nice Clean Rooms,Bed is Comfortable but pillows could be little more firm, no neck support,nice hot stand-up shower, free snacks, drinks and instant coffee in room. Family kid type theme with waterslide,games and plenty of lounge chairs at the pool , SkyView roof top area with restaurant. Price are competitive for overall quality. I would this almost 5 stars but one thing I noticed is breakfast buffet and lobby can be very busy , the hotel is catering to big families and BUS TOURS so for a single or couple might be little hectic but if you grab donuts drink free coffee and juice in the room avoid busy times in lobby then this is great pick if in your budget plus attached to level 21 Mall which is a nice Airport city Gateway theme and very cool with lots of shops . Give 4.2 out of 5.0 Stars, besides being a busy hotel not to bad I enjoyed my stay.
