Amari Pattaya

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly as well the facilities very clean. I felt the staff wanted to ensure we had a great time and well taken care of. The pool area and aqua activities for kids was fun such as slides and a large water play activity. The kids club “the treehouse” was nicely equipment.

great for kids

We had a great stay at Amari. We travel with my family and baby and really enjoy our stay. The room are spacious and very comfortable. The service, food, breakfast, facility are also great. We also love the breakfast with various BF line and it also tastes really great. Though, there are a few things that can be improved. - check-in: when I checked in, the staff did not provide all the information needed such as where are gym, pool, kid club or breakfast area and time. I had to ask again to confirm. - the room is very clean on the surface but there were a few spot such as under the sink in the bathroom that there was think mold. - the water drain in the bathroom is very slow and so every time we shower, there was water flooding in the bathroom and need to wait for a while for it to go down. Overall, it‘s a really great hotel to stay for family.

Their Grand Amari suite is great for families. We had 6 people and slept comfortably. Pools and waterslides were great for the kids compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at. Everything you need is closely accessible.

Nice hotel and kind staff. The reception staff could improve by saying hello to guests when passing by (experienced this in previous and most hotels in Thailand, but not on this hotel). The cleaning of the room could improve, i.e. floor and especially the refill of hand soap and shower gel was missing. The swimming pool area was very good and fits families with children as they also have a nice kids club. The breakfast was good as well. Overall an above average hotel.

We really liked our stay at this hotel. It's perfect for families. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were delighted with how conveniently located it is, just a short distance from both Terminal 21 and the beach. The kids' club and water park on-site were a big hit with our children, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It's very family-friendly, and our kids absolutely loved the water park. We will definitely consider staying here again if we ever return to Pattaya.

It's very good to stay with family together. Staff service also is very good for us. If we have a chance to go there , I think we had better to go there for vacancies & holiday.
