Sivatel Bangkok

Love the room, veey big for a family of three, such a wonderful stay with the most welcoming staff, for breakfast I wished there was a better variety daily. Location is a little quiet with not many dining options nearby unless you are okay with restaurant food daily at Central Embassy. Other than that, we really had a most wonderful stay at Sivatel.

I would without a doubt say that Sivatel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like royalty like friends like family. The whole hotel is fantastic, it is clear, bright and welcoming. All the staff all all levels are so polite and kind. I would like to give special thanks to both Ms Prissana Tedsomboon who gave us so much help with trips and taxis and also Jake who looked after us at breakfast and when we dinned in your restaurant. We will come back hopefully next year. Rooms are outstanding. Cleaned daily and are spotless. Perfect Beds, pillow and bedding Very good range of food and drinks. Really loved we can get eggs to order. We only dined once in the hotel restaurant but what we eat was outstanding. Fully of favour and looked great. Service was outstanding too. Hotel location is perfect. 2 min walk to Phloen Chit BTS. From here you are 3 stops away from the massive shopping centre MBK. 1 stop to Nana and 2 to Ashok. There is the great shopping and food court and the bottom of the street 2 min walk.

Recently, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Sivatel Hotel in Bangkok, and it was an experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. Firstly, the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient. Nestled just a two-minute stroll from the BTS, it provided easy access to the vibrant city, making our exploration of Bangkok effortless and enjoyable. The staff at Sivatel were exceptional. Each interaction we had was met with genuine warmth and friendliness, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and eagerness to assist truly enhanced our experience. We stayed in the duplex Orchid room, which was a great choice for our family. The room was impeccably clean and boasted a massive, spacious balcony that offered a serene escape from the bustling city. Although the decor was a touch dated and there was no sink in the kitchenette, these were minor points that didn't detract from our overall comfort and satisfaction. The pool area was a highlight, especially for our three young children. It was safe, well-maintained, and provided hours of fun and relaxation for the whole family. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Sivatel Hotel to anyone, whether you’re travelling as a family, a couple, or solo. The combination of superb location, friendly staff, and excellent facilities made it a great choice.

We stayed here the whole family for 12 nights and got the perfect stay. The staff here is incredible, so nice with our daughter and generally just great. It is located close to BTS station, restaurants, shopping and bars. They also serve a good a la carte breakfast and have a wonderful pool for both adults and kids.
