BTS nearby quick check-in and responsive staff - breakfast buffet lacking variety - toilet door without a lock, not the most family friendly option for toddlers Overall, a pleasant experience

Easy access from BTS station, friendly receptionist, clean facilities, cozy room, these are the must for family and you will find here Novotel. I shall stay Novotel again for my next visit BKK and I will recommend friends to check Novotel first.

It’s our fourth time to stay at Novotel ploenchit, we have good memories with kids there but this time the standard is really behind and cleanliness is our concern, stains on carpet, bedsheet, cover and actually everywhere. We booked into the suite at first but it’s badly setup and we then moved to connecting room as makeup, we appreciate the service from the attentive duty manager but still the rooms are still dirty. Really hope that revamp could be considered to keep up the market standard as we got lots of good memories at the hotel.

Room is clean and comfortable, staff is nice. They welcome kids a lot and treat them well. The hotel is very near to the BTS, very convenient.

It is our third time staying in this hotel and our kids feel like going home to stay in Novotel Ploenchit with all the familiar settings. Thank you Ms Juthamas for helping us to get ready for the room as we checked in by midnight and so happy to see her again in the hotel.
