We were upgraded from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom suites. Great unit, clean and spacious. Nice grande hotel, though it's a bit old but definitely not dated. Great service especially at the restaurant. We had 1 issue where hotwater was not working in one of the 2 bathrooms in our unit (and the layout of the 2 bathrooms was a bit strange too), but overall our family of 4 had a great time at this hotel.

My family stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, each room has its own bathroom. It is very spacious with a living room and kitchen/dining area. Location is ok, very close to BTS station.

Great experience with a complimentary upgrade to 1 bed room suite from a junior suite. All staff was friendly. House keeping was excellent because they know when to clean even thou I wake up late and leave the room late. Will stay again on next trip.

BTS and convenient store about 5min walk from the hotel. Reached early, lucky they allow early check-in. Room is clean but living room is small for junior suite at the corner unit beside the lift compared to other junior suite along corridor.

The hotel had a relaxed and cool environment during a major heat wave in Thailand. The staff where friendly and polite. We had a junior suite which was comfortable and cleaned regularly. A fridge/freezer and microwave were supplied along with complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks, replaced daily. The a/c was excellent. The bed was huge and exteremely comfortable. There was a seperate bath and shower in a large bathroom, towels changed daily. Room service was good and reasonably priced. Checked out feeling very satisfied.

Very large studio space which was great for our toddler. Separate room for him to sleep and for us to spend time after he went to bed. Friendly staff

I spent a few days in Bangkok with my family for massage and eat. The location of this hotel is very good. It is close to those big shopping plazas and train station. The hotel room is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable and clean. It has a spa on the 30th floor of the hotel. The spa's environment and setting are very beautiful.

One of housekeeper was smelled badly. small children jump in to pool, make a lot of noise. Hotel concierge should more educated. Dining menus were very limited. I stayed your hotel for 1 month. My satisfaction is avalage tokoshizu323@gmail.com
