Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21

Not really a good place for a family trip. The swimming pool is in the city center, so the air quality is bad. But the location is good. It's connected to Terminal 21, so it's convenient for eating.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff were very friendly. There was a kid’s room for children under 12 and a gaming room for older children. The location was top notch. It connected to BTS and MRT trains. You could also find anything at the Terminal 21 mall. (The 5th floor food court was unreal. It was cheap and tasty.) Breakfast selection was also pretty decent. There were many selections, plus ice cream! We will come back.

Next to Termainl 21, we are travelling with family and wheelchair. It is a convenient hotel

THe entire staff are professional, excellent in their job and friendly and make you feel, as if you ate staying with family. I love this hotel and stay there annually for extended periods of time.

At face value, everything seems grand and pleasant. The lobby is grand and the rooms are large with a beautiful view. However, there is an unpleasant, putrid smell in the corridor of our room floor that seems like an ongoing sewage problem. The outdoor pool also has a lovely view but the pool itself is visibly dirty - lots of chlorine had been put into it to compensate. It was also a fairly deep pool compared to other hotels I have stayed at which is not child friendly. This with the high chlorine content made it feel unsafe to swim in so we used the jacuzzi. However, this was too hot to even enter and you cannot adjust the temp of the water. We cannot fault the lovely staff however, who were always happy to assist with luggage. I have stayed at a few branches of Grande Centre Point hotels across Bangkok and Pattaya, and this one was probably the poorest due to the smell in the corridors. Although it is very convenient and connected to Terminal 21 and walkable to the BTS.

This the best hotel to stay. we recommending since the hotel staff provided us amazing service and unwavering politeness. We thank them for going above and beyond to make my family’s stay memorable.

We were a family of 3 and had 3 beds. The room was spacious, large windows, had a small seating area and basic kitchen facilities with a large bathroom. The beds and pillows were a bit hard but the hotel staff were quick to remedy this and provided extra softer pillows and a topper for the bed. Pool was nice and had nice views over the city. Very convenient and good food options. Would stay again.

Bad old condition , and unfriendly services about the hotel overall not worth near 200us 300us per night! For example : shower head leakage , make all tiolet wet, So have to call maintenance ! Bath tube the drainage cannnot drain the water, The stopper not move , So have to call maintenance again!! May be the hotel more than 10year s , the quality towel is dirty and old ! The dangerous of the Eletric curtain Always locked on the higher position. u have press buttons un and Downworads try to make it move again , finally u have to climb up and make it move again by hand , if cannot the big surface of the heavy curtain will keep at higher position,and drop and falling down suddenly, if that timing someone infront of the window , must give u a big hit on the head, So have to call maintenance Again and again!!! The most not reasonable services is， 1.Within this stay , I bought 3days upgrade to the higher quality room ,but on that day ready to change the room , I should put all baggage Ito the lobby about 3hours and waiting to check in again, all family two room 5people forced hang out somewhere outside , on the policy and regulations they are right but I just feel un-friendly ! 2 and also the last day ,i bought the breakfast , but that days is too earlier to the airport, so I request to change the breakfast day earlier before , but same answer, CANNOT, on the policy and regulations they are right but I just feel un-friendly again!!

I stayed here for four nights with my family (2 kids) here. Staff are very help and courteous. They are responsive to our requests. Convenient location, reasonable price for in room dining, food would be delivered within 30mins, you can pre-order for your breakfast. The only blemishes would be on the cleanliness of room, floor not thoroughly vacuumed. The hotel room is a little worn out.

Comfortable, spacious room and great location. Close to food, shopping, BTS and Metro. The room for 3 beds is great for families.
